Refund policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Try before you buy: the live pieces on the course page and the full free module show you what you get. Access starts as soon as you pay, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. But you are covered when something is wrong.
When we refund
- A double payment: you were charged twice for the same access. We refund the extra payment.
- A technical failure we cannot fix: the course does not work for you, and we cannot solve the problem.
- Content not as described: what you got is clearly different from what our pages described when you bought.
- Where the law requires it, for example under the consumer law of the country where you live.
How to ask
- Within 60 days of your purchase, email hello@sharpeandclear.com.
- Write from the email address you used to buy, or tell us that address.
- Tell us what happened, in a few words. For a technical problem, add your device and browser: we can often fix it.
What happens next
- We reply within 2 working days.
- When a refund is due, we refund through Stripe, and the money goes back through Link to the payment method you used. Your bank then usually needs 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- A full refund ends your paid access. Your free account stays, unless you ask us to delete it.
Link's own refund policy
The course is sold through Link, a Stripe company. Link can also refund a purchase itself, within 60 days of the purchase, under its own refund policy. If its policy and ours differ, Link's policy applies.
Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once access starts, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you understood this. That is what the required box you tick before paying says: "I want immediate access, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts." Your confirmation email repeats it. The refunds listed above still apply.
Nothing to cancel
You pay once for access until your exam. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.
Payment problems and disputes
On your card statement, the payment appears as LINK.COM* SHARPECLEAR. If a charge looks wrong, write to us first: we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute. You can still contact your bank or card issuer at any time.
